Marketrun ("we", "us", "our") operates VoiceType (voicetype.renok.in). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website or purchase our products. VoiceType itself processes all voice and text data entirely on your local device — we never have access to your dictated content.
We collect the following information: (a) Email address — when you register for a download, join the waitlist, or make a purchase; (b) Payment information — processed directly by Cashfree Payments; we never store your card or bank details; (c) Order details — including transaction reference, amount, and timestamp; (d) Basic analytics — page views and interactions via Microsoft Clarity (anonymised).
VoiceType processes all audio and transcription 100% locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to: your voice recordings, transcribed text, documents you dictate, your microphone data, or any content processed by the Software. Your dictations never leave your machine.
We use your information to: (a) deliver your license key and download link via email; (b) send you product updates and support communications (you may unsubscribe at any time); (c) process and verify payments; (d) improve our website and product based on anonymised usage analytics.
All payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Marketrun does not store your payment card details. Cashfree's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. By making a purchase, you agree to Cashfree's terms.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share minimal data with: (a) Cashfree Payments — for payment processing; (b) Email service providers — to deliver your license and communications; (c) Analytics providers — only anonymised, aggregated data. We will disclose personal data if required by law.
We retain your email address and order records for as long as necessary to provide support and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@marketrun.in.
Our website uses Microsoft Clarity for anonymised behavioural analytics (heatmaps, session recordings). No personally identifiable information is used in these analytics. You may opt out via your browser's privacy settings.
