At Marketrun, we stand behind VoiceType and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of VoiceType licenses made through our website (voicetype.renok.in).
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all VoiceType Founder's Edition purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
To be eligible for a refund: (a) your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date; (b) you must provide the email address used at the time of purchase and your order reference; (c) you agree to cease using the Software and delete all copies upon receiving the refund.
To request a refund, email us at support@marketrun.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: your full name, email address used at checkout, order ID or transaction reference, and the reason for your refund (optional but helpful). We will process your request within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Cashfree Payments processes our refunds. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: (a) requests made after 30 days of the original purchase date; (b) if you have already used a license key to activate the full software for more than 30 days and are satisfied with the product; (c) for trial/free versions of the Software — no payment is involved.
VoiceType is a one-time purchase product — there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. Once you have purchased a lifetime license, your access is permanent and there is nothing to cancel. If you have any concerns, please contact our support team.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute, please contact us at support@marketrun.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
