By purchasing, downloading, or using VoiceType ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. VoiceType is a product of Marketrun ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
VoiceType is an offline AI dictation software for Windows that processes voice entirely on your local device. No audio, text, or user data is transmitted to any server. The Founder's Edition is a one-time purchase providing a lifetime license for the Windows platform.
Upon purchasing a valid license, Marketrun grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use VoiceType on a single device. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your license to any third party.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). The current price for VoiceType Founder's Edition (Windows) is ₹8,999 (one-time, lifetime license). Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. By completing a purchase, you authorise Marketrun to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.
After successful payment, your license key will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. License keys are typically delivered within a few minutes. If you do not receive your license key within 24 hours, please contact support@marketrun.in.
VoiceType may offer a limited-time free trial. Trial access is subject to feature restrictions. No payment is required to use the trial version. Continued use beyond the trial requires purchase of a valid license.
Founder's Edition licenses include free software updates for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, updates may require a separate, discounted renewal. Bug fixes and security patches will be provided at our discretion.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) modify or create derivative works based on the Software; (c) use the Software for any unlawful purpose; (d) remove any proprietary notices from the Software; (e) distribute copies of the Software without explicit written permission from Marketrun.
The Software, including all associated intellectual property rights, is and remains the exclusive property of Marketrun. These Terms do not convey any ownership interest in the Software.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Marketrun does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marketrun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Software.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Marketrun reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or notice on our website. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
